Ticket to Ride
This is always a hit when it comes out onto the table and is usually requested every time we play games by my daughter. We had to hand hold with my daughter for the first game or two, but after that she caught on to everything in the game and is pretty good at it. Strategy is there but it is pretty easy to figure out and roll with so everyone can feel like they have a chance to win. Scoring is usually pretty close and there is just enough blocking to make this a bit competitive at the table.
