The white ladies can be a little underpowered because they only have two tokens plus the number of tokens from the special powers but if you play strategy you can control the map. When they go indecline the regions they control becomes immune to conquer. I will recomend to try to conquer regions that are important to races that are in the stack of upcoming races. Like if the human are in the stack then try to take farmlands. If you play them like this you can kind of force your opponents choosing of races.
