“Free Rule Book? That's Wyrd!”

Malifaux has come a long way since 2009 – so much so it is a Second Edition and the links don’t work. 😉 But what if you are curious about the Gothic meets Steam meets Splatter meets Punk meets Miniatures Game?

Well Wyrd wants you to be curious and as a bit of Wyrd Marketing they offer up a no-nonsense, no-fluff, no-filler rule book for FREE on DrivethruRPG.

Free rules are pretty common place in the boardgame world, but not so much in the land of hefty RPG and Skirmish Tomes.

I guess they figure it is not so Wyrd to give you a taste, so you can order the entree.

“Play with a Henchman”

Once you actually get into the flipping of cards instead of the roll of the die, you will be hooked. Play with a Henchman or someone that has played a few games to ease you into it.
It is like chess, movement is easy, strategy is harder.
