“One costume for each player”

As you know the costumes are a bit OP in relation to their energy costs. So we decided that everyone draw exactly 1 costume at the beginning of the game. All of the non drawn cards won’t be used in the game. This way everybody has an start item that might be stolen but in sum there are no more costumes than players in game. And nobody will be overpowered by buying all the other low-cost costumes.

“Faster game play”

As a house rule, we use the extra set of orange dice to speed up game play. Less passing dice and more rolling equals faster game play. We especially like using it for the monster in this particular set. It just makes it more fun.
