King of Tokyo: Halloween
As you know the costumes are a bit OP in relation to their energy costs. So we decided that everyone draw exactly 1 costume at the beginning of the game. All of the non drawn cards won’t be used in the game. This way everybody has an start item that might be stolen but in sum there are no more costumes than players in game. And nobody will be overpowered by buying all the other low-cost costumes.
