“House Rule: Villain is the Arbiter”

This House Rule applies to the “Everyone versus the Villain” mode of play, in which the Villain plays 1 Character and 2 Powers, then the Heroes play 1 Character and 1 Power, followed by each Hero playing 1 Power on the Character to their Left or Right.

1. The Villain determines nerf direction: Left or Right.
2. When a Character-Power-Nerf combination is ambiguous in its efficacy, the Villain determines the ultimate result. This encourages heated discussion among the Hero players, while allowing the Villain the final say.
