“More fun = More Candy Cage Matches!”

Don’t be timid. Don’t be fooled into thinking this is really a race to the exit. If you want the most fun out of the game, look for every opportunity to bash someone and rip off their limbs! That means remembering you can move backwards to smack people. That means trying to start as many cage matches as you can – and re-enter the match on Double Candy icon cards so you can bring even more people into the fray. When you get dangerously close to crumbled – then it is time to run for the border. And remember, if everyone loses all their body parts, the winner is determined by how many ‘trophies’ of other player’s parts you claimed.

“Use Real Gingerbread Men”

At conventions, we use real gingerbread cookies and use frosting to mark damage, where if you lose a limb, you bite it off. (still use the paper to award trophies to others). It is great fun for making the game special at cons or Holiday gatherings. BTW Little Debbie sells small gingerbread men in the grocery store and those little cake decorating gel tubes make doing this very easy! Or – bake em yourself if you are so inclined. It will be the gaming event that gets talked about for a LONG time.
