“You have a Holster, use it!”

If you ever find yourself gripping a Peacemaker in your Fist with nothing in your Holster during Weapon Phase #2 put that gun away! Weapons in your holster are safe from Trick Shot!, Twistin’ Yer Wrist!, and A Hunk of Wood, and if you have a counterattack in your hand, you can always Quickdraw the weapon in your holster before making the attack.

Remember, the cowpoke walking around with gun in fist and nothing in holster is just begging to get it shot out of their hand!
