“Who goes first?”

How do you decide who goes first in Carcassonne?
We roll the meeples!
Take three meeples and roll them like dice.
A meeple lying down is worth one point, standing worth two and top place of three points if your meeple is dancing (standing on an angle). Obviously you re-roll for any tie breakers and the winner draws the first tile.
