“Crystals, why yes please....”

Always play campaign mode, where you go to five crystals/gems. It stretches the game out slightly but also makes it just feel like a bigger experience. One off games will only leave you feeling meh.

“ABC equals you go first”

Easy first player determination is the faction name. If you are Hoax and playing against Flit, F is before H in the alphabet so they go first. So on and so forth. Makes starting faster.
