First, I LOVE that this site covers digital vs analog board games. There is a difference!
Second, some more games that @BC Indy didn’t get:
Tigris (digital version of Tigris & Euphrates)
Tikal (I only see Tikal II on here)
Medici
Dominion
Through the Desert (great game in both formats!)
Roll Through The Ages
Keltis Oracle
Yay! Gamer Bling can log his iOS plays for Puerto Rico and TTR:E!
Phlimm,
As Andy pointed out Tetris Link (a board game) came out in 2011. There was also competing versions named Tetris in 1989 (one by Milton Bradly & the other manufacturer I can’t recall). Later there was Tetris 3-D and Tetris the Card Game. The common link to all of the ones I have seen is that they are not very good games (have not seen Tetris Link).
Phlimm,
You may also want to check out Tetris Link.
Phlimm, FITS is somewhat similar to Tetris.
My vote is to add Hunters 2 to the list ASAP.
Kingsburg
Zombie Dice
Button Men
Here are some other digital board/card games that are very good:
Samuari
Money!
Hey, That’s my Fish!
Battleline
Ra
Bohnanza HD
Tichu
Blockus HD
Bang! HD
Dixit
A Fistful of Penguins
Modern Art
Money
Kingdoms
Hacienda
Gold!
I have over 50 digital board/card games. The ones above are all official and run well. They go on sale often and most of mine were free or $0.99.
Well how about a board game version of a digital game? Like…TETRIS. Yeah someone should make a Tetris board game! 😀
If anyone has played an exceptional digital board game (a digital game that has a physical version), and it isn’t on our site, please let us know in these comments!
Hurrah.
All for the iPad though.
Boo!
