“No Zombies Feed first turn”

As a House Rule to allow us to get a good jump start to the game, the random outbreaks that occur at the start of the game do not feed. This way when Zombie phase comes around there is no movement as to be able to possibly take the military action on at least one of the spaces that first turn. Believe me, it only helps a little and you still likely will wind up losing.
