“Give back exhibit cards”

To make it harder to monopolizing a certain exhibit color, I suggest everybody returns the exhibit cards left over after the scoring phase each turn. That way they need to plan some harder, and work more to get majority in the consecutive turns. That will also solve how fast the last turn can go, when most of the cards left in the deck are tickets and influence cards.
