“The redevelopment tile”

It’s very tempting to purchase the redevelopment tile when it comes out. Be careful with this one. It requires you to replace it with another tile in the same location. You need to think ahead as to which tiles you want to potentially replace it with. Perhaps you want the PR firm, or the casino. If so, make sure you place it in a spot that will not cause negative effects when that tile is laid in. Be aware of this when you place other tiles around it. You can always look at the rulebook for the tile you want to wait for, and check on the potential synergies.

Also, have a few backup plans. Don’t end the game with that tile sitting there. That is a complete waste!
