“Get Your Steed”

After completing a mission the posse must face a number of Travel Events before it arrives at a town. Travel events will most likely cause wounds which carry over to the next mission and/or force a character to lose an item! If the posse uses horses or a stage coach, then the posse does not need to resolve any Travel Events, it arrives safely in town! So purchase a steed as soon as possible!

“You Need a Sample of What?!?”

Whenever the posse is in town, stop by the Doc’s Office and pick up a Specimen Jar. It’s cheap and doesn’t count against your weight limit. Money is tight in this game. This little jar has a 67% chance to more than double your money! A character needs to skip his movement to use it but there are always opportune times.

“Rethink the Item Weight”

Many items have a weight associated with them. However, which items count against the weight limit and which do not don’t always make sense. For instance, the cask which is a hefty bulky item is only 1 weight. A jacket or a weapon could be up to 2 weight. Really? Lucky Dice and a Gambler’s Deck of cards are also 1 weight. Really?!?! Scrap the printed weight and use some common sense.

Whatever you do… do NOT split up, unless it’s absolutely necessary!

A split party in this game often results in a party KO
