During each round of the fulfillment phase, you can sell up to 5 peppers of the same color. While it’s important to have peppers available to use (to complete recipes, plant, and sell at market), you also don’t want to end up with too many leftover peppers when the game ends. Leftover peppers don’t earn you any points.

Since there is a limit to how many peppers you can sell, and you can only sell one color each round, try to sell some peppers every round if you have more than 3 or 4, and you won’t need them for recipes or the market. Peppers don’t earn you points at the end of the game, but leftover money does!
