This weekend is a bit up in the air for us, but we’re definitely hoping to play more City of Remnants. We’re also hoping to get in some Infiltration by Fantasy Flight Games.
I was able to play Ticket to Ride (I need to own this soon), King of Tokyo, Pirate Fluxx (bought Oz Fluxx), and Joker’s Fun House (we have a 5 year old). Want the Resistance. Need another player. . .
Played a 4-player game of Witch of Salem over the weekend and beat it! Finally! It seems that with more players the difficulty of the game lessens. Also, we got to finally crack open Vegas Showdown and I think it’s one of my favorites thus far.
Played a game of Zombicide over the weekend with my son. Also, I just got a good deal on Ninja: Legend of the Scorpion Clan, and I plan to get that to the table in the next few days.
OK! So we played City of Remnants and found it to be a bit broken. Hopefully, the errata will fix everything… but it was frustrating. We also played String Railways (great little Japanese game with yarn), Sentinels, Kingdom Builder, Mord Im Arosa, Flapjacks and Sasquatches, Battle Beyond Space (like it as a kids game), Panic on Wall Street (excellent party game) and Train of Thought. I still didn’t get Clash of Cultures played… maybe next week.
I will be giving Fluxx another go. Heading to a GoTs viewing party. We usually break out one game before and one after. Resistance has been the choice so far, but I’m gonna mix it up with a game of Fluxx. For lack of a better word, it really is cute.
Mice and Mystics Chapter 3. LotR: The Card Game. Just recieved the Core Set with Khazad-dum Expansion, Road to Rivendell and The Redhorn Gate which I purchased off of e-bay for $50, to include shipping.
Tried out the Blood Bowl expansion today – very good stuff. The new factions bring in some cool new mechanics and then there’s some neat bits added in on top of that. Definitely worth the purchase for anybody who likes the game.
Attending a game night. Will be bringing Last Night on Earth: The Zombie Game, Kingsburg, Catacombs, Survive: Escape from Atlantis, Dungeonquest, King of Tokyo and Ingenious.
Not entirely sure which we’ll end up playing, but it should be a fun time!
Planning to get in Police Precinct, Galaxy Trucker, Belfort, Trailer Park Wars w/PnP playtest expansion, and our newest additions, Oddville and Incan Gold. It’s looking to be a good weekend for gaming!
My copy of Guilds of Cadwallon arrived today. Looks good, so hopefully we’ll get to give it a try this weekend. Other than that, I’d expect some Love Letter and Game of Thrones Card Game.
Let’s see,
Stone Age on Friday. X-Wing on Saturday with a possibility of Claustrophobia and Star Wars deck building game. Rune Wars revised Sat evening.

We’ll be playing some Sentinels, and probably a refresher game of Belfort, just because the Kickstarter is going strong.

Will this be the weekend I finally get to play my KS copy of Guilds of Cadwallen?
My birthday is next week, but my wife always gives me a present as soon as it arrives. Does that mean I’ll finally be able to play Sentinels?
Tune in next week to find out!
