Scalawag by Troubador games just arrived on my doorstep, thanks to a Kickstarter campaign last year. I’ll be bringing that to a party on Saturday, along with King of Tokyo (which I only recently discovered, and fell in love with thanks to this web site).
The lady and I will also probably play a few games of Mr. Jack (with our new extension set) and Dead Panic on Friday night.
Stopped in at our exciting new board game cafe, and the group of us were able to play five games while we were there! They have a great selection and we started with a new to us game that I’d been wanting to try for a while: Forbidden Desert. This is a great step up from the Island as it is much harder. Next was a step into familiar territory as we taught our new addition how to play 7 Wonders. A few hysterical rounds of Anomia were followed by a new favourite Banana Matcho. We finished with Timeline. I quite enjoy this game as it is harder than it looks, but the expansions are necessary to keep variety and to hinder memorization!
Opportunity to game has been limited lately. I have been feeding the addiction by watching the 24 hour gaming marathon on the Dice Tower YouTube channel.
My son and I played the Manhattan Project, and I think the family will be trying out Takenoko today. I’d love to get in a round of the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game
So far, played Ascension: Immortal heroes, Pandemic and Legendary… some people coming over tomorrow for gaming so there will be a few more added to the list!
Before Christmas we started a scenario from Combat Commander Normandy, and after a long pause, we finished it today. The Germans won the game by a single point. I guess it doesn’t get much closer than that.
Im assuming that my weekend will have Takenoko and Coup, possibly with a little Alhambra mixed in. I know @betenoir has fifteen or more games to play during their holiday, but I doubt they’ll be up for having people around on the last day of her vacation :p but hey, betenoir managed to play 40+ games in 10 days.
Ive also been tuning an ancient Masques Era Cowardice Deck, and … not doing well. :p
We Started off with D&D last Sunday. This week we will be playing TI3 to start off the year with a bang!
Spent the weekend playing a couple of games; Colosseum, Small World, and watching the 24 hr marathon on Dicetower.

This weekend included Dragonheart and Star Wars: X-Wing… so far.
This weekend has been oodles of both Mice and Mystics and Sentinels of the Multiverse. It’s been great (despite several crushing defeats).
@finched and I have played four or five Sentinels of the Multiverse and are about to give The Agents a run through.
Nothing, just watching series, eating and drinking a lot.
