Smash Up is a “Shufflebuilding Game.” That is, players combine two distinctly different 20 card faction decks, shuffle them together and form one formidable force to gain control over enemy Bases. Smashing up bases is worth Victory points. The first player to score 15 Victory Points wins!

Bought at Gencon. Tons of hype there for this game.
Played it a few times now and it is fun discovering the combos between the different decks. My wife likes re-animating King Rex with the Zombies.
Could be quite the franchise if they continue to support it with expansions. It seems like they have planned for quite a few releasing a box with a ton of extra slots in it.
I actually haven’t had an opportunity to play this one yet but it was fun to watch the combos during a 2-player game.
I played this at Gen Con – got a copy and played with my kids. It was great to see my youngest get that flame of recognition in their eyes when they realized what happened when a card combo successfully cleared a base of my minions…

It’s a lot of fun and isn’t getting old. Got a copy at Gen Con and I already can’t wait for an expansion to come out. I want Cowboys and Vampires in the next expansion.
Almost bought it at Gencon, Regretting not purchasing it now. Got a giant bag though with the logo on it though!
I need to get this game, played it at GenCon but they sold out before I could buy a copy.
It’s supposed to be out October 8 “ish”. It does look like fun.
