It’s game night this weekend! WOOO! yes, my wife is a WOOO girl on game night. We’re going to play some Cards Against Humanity, Ticket to Ride: India, and other cool stuff. Party on!
and by the way, wouldn’t the Balloon Fiesta be the perfect place to play Balloon Cup?
Last weekend I had an easy Sunday evening playing Villa Paletti (a dexterity game) and Niagara. 🙂
Played Manhattan Project and Witch’s Brew at the NWIBGA weekly meet-up. Obviously not at any of Player 1 Yellow’s table any part of the night!
NWIBGA’s Weekly Monday Game Nite – taught a new guy MEMOIR ’44, played 4P KINGSBURG, then played a late nite RAILWAYS OF THE WORLD (E.US w/ a variant card deck). Did terrible, but still had a blast!
I taught two more players Android: Netrunner this weekend.
I finally have enough players to hold a mini tournament after they get some games under their belt. I’m pretty excited!
I think the first tournament prize will be a box of the new data pack when it comes out.

We visited friends Friday and played some party games. We played Sequence, Identity Crisis, and Pit. We also manadged to get in a few games of Agricola as well.
I finally bought Dominion so my girlfriend and I spent the better part of Saturday flipping cards. The game is really addictive.
Had a great gaming night on Friday. Three pilots and their wives played Wings of Glory WW2. Still playing Basic rules, hope to change that this next weekend. Finished the night with a game of Citadels…had a blast!
We finally got around to playing Ticket to Ride: India. I’ve only played the base set before, so it was a nice change of pace.
And that’s that! After 5 intense hours of horror and excitement playing Mansions of Madness (Story 3: The Blood Ties) with a full group, I’ve now at least 5 hours of video editing to look forward to this week 😛 Hopefully I’ll be able to turn this session into an enjoyable show to watch for anyone who understands Swedish.

Saturday w/ my extended soccer-family (7P): WE DIDN’T PLAYTEST THIS AT ALL (huge hit), TSURO, (also very well received, DIXIT (mixed reviews, most liked, 2 were “meh”), RAILWAYS (W.USA 6P, they were confused at first, but by 2nd half were loving it), and SHADOW HUNTERS to end up at 1:00am… lol. Good Times!

I’ll be hosting a session of Mansions of Madness tomorrow – which is going to be taped/shot on film and then I’ve probably got about two days of editing to do before the film will be published @ the Swedish gaming website FragZone.se, as a Halloween special on their request.
And no one even knows about this except for the editorial staff and myself, so yeah – reading this comment makes YOU quite special and possibly also a target of a hitman 😉
Anywho, I’m really looking forward to it. I’m just about to set up the game in my living room, pick out a fitting scenario and read through the story until I pretty much knows everything by heart. Then I need to plan the soundtrack to set the mood just right, by also making use of a spooky soundboard as different key moments are triggered within the game. Hopefully, both the players AND viewers will have a blast as they see this game through 🙂
It’s another endless Pathfinder weekend! I’m not sure board games are even going to hit the table until Sunday…
