Your game sounds cool. Incidentally, I loved your tip for Settlers. We played it the night you posted the tip just to try it out, and I thought it made the game better.
My wife and I developed a Harry Potter themed board game “The Marauder’s Map” for our friends to celebrate Halloween together. The set-up situation is that players are Dumbledore’s Army, fleeing the Room of Requirement without getting caught and going to detention. It combines elements of Sorry (the three houses have to get back to their respective common rooms), Munchkin (cards are drawn that either advantage or disadvantage players), and Dominion (low level cooperation among house members, along with randomly placed “faculty patrol” after each round). The game is won by the house that collects the most house points (either by reaching their common room, or by defeating obstacles, or by collecting certain cards worth house points). It was SO much fun!!!
Not much gaming this weekend, but I did get to try out a demo of the forthcoming City of Zombies (which is nice: a disguised educational game which is actually fun to play) and one try of the newly arrived Gear and Piston (looking forward to giving this a load more play).
Yesterday we had another Netrunner session. When our guests arrived we played Love Letter, 7 Wonders, Tabu and a glorious round of Zombicide. So much fun.
Uh, I almost forgot to mention the great King of Toyko (with both expansions). Shame on me. I love the Kraken btw, but I do never win this nasty dice rolling game. 😀
I played Seasons this afternoon with some parent-friendly modifications (more luck than strategy based). This evening we’re going to have some more fun. 🙂
We played Pathfinder the Adventure Card Game got 4 characters past the first adventure path and we are now ready to tackle the next one.

Arkham Horror! As I just love this game.
But I’m lately with a problem of number of players and time to play this great game.
We got in a game of Arkham, King of Tokyo with the Halloween set, and one round of Thunderstone Advance. Excellent weekend 🙂
Ended up playing some Fluxx which is always fun.
Played 7 Wonders and Pathfinder Adventure Card Game on Friday.

Mtg.
Taught some folks to play King of Tokyo and made a modest contribution to the Sentinels Weekend Villain Beat-Down.

Terra Mystica, 7 Wonders, Jungle Speed and my first ever DnD game! Whoop! Whoop!
I’m busy not saving the world from the iOS version of Pandemic all weekend.

Betrayal at House on the Hill this weekend!
Dungeon Roll and King of Tokyo
Sci-fi themed games for me and my family this weekend!
The holiday interrupted our weekly meet-up, so online Android: Netrunner seems to be my only option.
Started with Love Letter. Going to be much more tomorrow. 🙂
