No fourth or fifth for Imperial Assault this weekend so played some more Argent delving into B-sides and a scenario deck. This is pretty much cemented as my top placement in worker placement at the moment.
The Boy lost in the final round of the Summoner Wars March Madness Bracket Challenge so no fancy faction dice for us. His buddy did win so I guess they will taunt him like a Frenchman on a keep until next year.
The FLGS was selling Talisman:The Highlands for a smile which I took the up on but no amount of waggling the bo and smiling could tempt The Boy to play so it was just a Sunday of sorting and looking at new cards.
I’m envious of your Diamonds game. Up here in frosty Canada, I’ve been having difficulty in locating a copy through my regular retailers. Sounds like a great family game.
More Pathfinder ACG for me, ending chapter 3 and things getting more interesting.
Also we take the chance to visit local convention CometCon which has some activities related to boardgaming. It was made in a so small building by the look at so many participants: it was really crowded.
With the guy of our local store we were able to check (sadly not to play due to overbooking of all the tables) two new games: Colt Express which seemed quite funny Alchemist which look so awesome that i finally bought it. So hesitated to have our first play, hopefully next weekend.
Already played some Lord of the Rings. Beat The Hunt for Gollum and are now working on A Journey to Rosgobel. Since I got that game it is the only thing we play.
Got some Thurn & Taxis and Jaipur in with @Kassidy Helfant last night. Both games were immensely fun and the scores were close!
No pre-planned gaming this weekend, but I’m sure I’ll twist some arms into breaking out cardboard. Ever since my first real 5-player Dead of Winter session a few weeks ago, I’ve been craving more of it.
There’s also some rumblings in my game group about putting together campaign-style Sentinels of the Multiverse rules, which I’ve been toying with.
Our small group will be playing Tsuro of the Sea and Takanoko and Fluxx ( Star, Oz, or Monty Python) and Guillotine and an assortment of other games.
One of our number just got a copy of Firefly Clue so maybe we will be playing that.

On Sunday, I played Mice and Mystics….. all day. This was the first time in many weekends I didn’t play Hanabi. The mice were just so cute…
Friday some Diamonds and Kobayakawa
Saturday some Fallen and Rivals:Batman vs. Joker
Sunday played a game of Five Tribes
Flight meant lots of pass and play Star Realms on the iPhone. Worked out well!

Sunday was also an unplanned catan/ Carcassonne session, pleasantly surprised, won two second in one and lost fourth.
Played a solo game of LotR – Hills of Emyn Muil on Friday.
Sunday, me and three others started on a campaign of Dead man’s hand.
Gave betrayal at house on the hill a go. Will play it a few times before getting a review in.
Just a light weekend this week. Picked up Iello’s Hare and the Tortoise and played a couple rounds 🙂
I had an unexpected and quite enjoyable Bananagrams marathon today with the fam. I never think to play it but I always seem to enjoy it!
Love to get Pandemic, Zombicide, Fortune and Glory, A Touch of Evil, Quarentine, and Star Wars” X-Wing onto the table.
Already played some Lord of the Rings. Beat The Hunt for Gollum and are now working on A Journey to Rosgobel. Since I got that game it is the only thing we play.
7 Wonders (for the first time in, what, seven years?), Machi Koro, Empire Engine, Thunderstone! And hopefully more Terra Mystica this weekend.
Star Realms, Pandemic, Seven Wonders, and Probably Station Master
Pathfinder… the RPG, not the card game 🙂
Concordia, for sure. I’d also like to play a new game I got last week, Dragon Rampage – looks like some silly fun.
I will play Splendor and Rivals for Catan.
