This Saturday is a very special day… International TableTop Day!
What games will you be playing? Will you be hosting and/or attending an event? Will you be going to a local game store? If you do go to a local store to play, make sure to find the store in our Local Game Store area (or add it if it isn’t there) and comment on the store page about all the fun you had!

None, none, none… ¬¬
I played Boss Monster for the first time (not a great experience – the player with the most experience also landed the best card draws), introduced new players to Takenoko, won a round of Dominion, then wrapped up with a fun game of Smash Up. Not a bad day at all!
Yes, I was wondering a bit about scoring. Winning with tanner suddenly deserves more points then any other roles 🙂
I think I’ve seen 1 Tanner win in about 40 games (Tanner probably in half of those) but that was a mighty impressive play by that person though.
I ended up playing a solo game of Skyline, a 5 player game of Libertalia and a 6 player game of Flash Point. i got to do all of that while on a retreat for work. Yeah…that’s nice!
@inmarg
The O.N.U.W. tournament was 6 rounds, where each round featured variations of the included roles. The scoring for each player wasn’t described in detail, only that winning with certain roles was worth more points because of their difficulty.
At the end of each round, players would randomly be assigned to a new table.
@ Steve Nix
How is O.N.U.W. tournament run? How many rounds was played?
It’s a fantastic version of the Werewolf family but I have a hard time imagining a tournament of it.
Hosted a King of Tokyo tourney @ the Adams Memorial Library in Central Falls, RI. Played & taught quite a few games on the 5th. Hopefully we goaded a few more people into our gaming group.
@JAY
Oh no! That’s the wrong kind of ‘@JAY Weekend’ topsy-turvsiness 🙁
Zip, zilch, nada!
Went to the FLGS to play in a One Night Ultimate Werewolf tournament, along with introducing Scalawag! to some new players.
Went to a big convention at Durty Nellies, a bar in Illinois that host game nights. They had a big to do with members of AEG and other companies there. Games everywhere, got to bring my kids it was fun. It was packed so I didn’t get to play much, just a game of Dixit with my kids, but we won a big munchkin set in a raffle, and I got 7 wonders with a cool playmat and a promo card all for $42.
X-wing
Played my new KS “the Card Game of Oz” and my recent purchase of “Lewis & Clark.”
For sponsored events in the area, I won a door prize of the game: The Builders and picked up the promos for 7 Wonders, Gloom, and Killer Bunnies.
Mr. Jack in New York and Dixit.
Chess and Sentinels of Multiverse.
lol I didn’t even know Saturday was a special day. My gaming group typically only meets once a month anyway. I’m glad all you guys had fun though.
Oh my goodness, what a great weekend! We played so many games at PretzCon!
7 Wonders, Amerigo, Manhattan Project, Caverna, Game of Thrones, Quantum, Colosseum, Super Tooth (see current Kickstarter), Concordia, Catan, Hanabi, Lords of Waterdeep, Agricola, Lords of Vegas, Mascarade, and much more! Seriously, I may be gamed out (for a day or two)! 😀
Played a few games of Pandemic and Small World.
I was hoping to get in a game of Zombicide and Dungeonquest too.
Maybe next time. Was fun!!
Sunday
Well The Fallen Kingdom fell to the Filth in the Bracket Challenge 🙁 🙁 🙁 No Faction Dice for our box 🙁 BOOOOOO!
But we did get a round of Sentinels in after dinner – so YAY!
I hope everyone had a fine TableTop Day!
Tabletop Day was awesome at our FLGS! Made some new friends and play lots of games, including some new ones. The list looked like Boss Monster, Smash Up with the new SciFi expansion, Quantum, Betrayal at House on the Hill, Robinson Crusoe and Qwirkle!
