Apex — a must-pledge. Dinosaurs battling for top of the food chain! Outstanding deck-builder with plenty of theme and fabulous art. A great game to play solo as well. New game mechanics in this revision/expansion ratchet up multi-player interaction dramatically.

I got a chance to demo Third Age Eternal the other day, which is in the midst of a Kickstarter. I’m not generally a big fan of punch-each-other-in-the-face-until-one-of-us-falls-down games, but I found this one to be pretty enjoyable. It felt a lot more engaging than Magic; there’s more of a story element where you are playing a role instead of just a straight-up duel. If anyone is interested, I’d recommend looking this one up.
Argonauts!!! I must have watched that movie 100+ times when I was a Kid. Just the name and box art is enough for me! Will definitely give this a go!
