I play a variation of Ultimate Battle every time I eat at Montana’s
Well Aqua sphere is certainly a colourful game
Arg, four more zombie games… I will never keep up.
Ok I’m in love with AquaSphere! Just wondering how much space it will take on the table – I’m sick of games taking up all the room, leaving nowhere to put the munchies…
Kickstarter games have to be either cheap or spectacular to get me these days, as the futzing around with deliverables has led to some “what’s the point?” regrets. I know folks who are committed to the Resistance and Zombicide trains, so I don’t need to pick them up myself.
In for the Resistance. The Trekking game looked funish at Origins.
Aqua Sphere looks pretty interesting, if a bit complex. I’m going to watch the playthrough videos that were posted this weekend and see if I want to stay on board.
I pledged for the original Werewolf cards created by Corey Fields, so I pledged for the 26-card expansion he posted this weekend (not listed here yet). The cards had really cool art, and that’s all his projects really are as it’s meant for the traditional Werewolf/Mafia party game.
I’m in for the Resistance expansions because I love Resistance. People are saying it just adds the Avalon mechanics to the original, but I think that’s a good thing.
Keeping an eye on Hostage Negotiator. I’ve never played a solo game but can see the merits for when I get left home alone on a Dragonboat Practice evening.
Just the Resistance and Flash Point expansions for me this week. Considering Trekking the National Parks and Thru Hike: The Appalachian Trail. Alhambra seems nice, but can’t decide if it’s a better deal on KS, and the included New York thank-you for $75+ pledges, doesn’t seem to have the same quality as the game it’s derived from.
After being pretty conservative this year, I blew through my budget this month. Backing AquaSphere, Resistance expansion, Flash Point Honor & Duty, and a portion of Alhambra. Not to mention Historia and Dungeon Lords upgrades that just completed.
I’m in for Alpha Bandits, Musee, and the new Alhambra expansion. Other than that, I’m enjoying the new breathing room in my budget.
Well, I’ve added Mouse Guard, Aqua Sphere and the Resistance to my list. It is shrinking, but I suspect a large group of games will arrive once the Zombicide game is off the board.
There is also this neat little tavern combat game out there : https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1409014603/tavern-brawl-a-fantasy-bar-fight-game
