I must admit that the game I am most drawn to here is Eight-Minute Empire. It looks like a reasonable Euro-style game which I could probably play with my daughter in half an hour (games always take longer with a five-year-old).
Sentinels of the Multiverse: Shattered Timelines – now live.
The PURGE-Trailer looks cool.
I second (or third… or whatever) Small Box Games. I’ve yet to play a BAD game from them, and the good ones are excellent.
Similar to my prior comments – this new way of getting us the games may be helping the indies, but also hurting the B&M stores. (& my wallet!)
Kickstarter gaming is going to make me broke!
Purge: Sins of Science looks attractive, highly contemporary, and quite interesting. Sweet.
Check out the Small Box Games kickstarter, their previous three games are all in my top 10.
You’ve got to get Small Box Games new kickstarter up. He’s got three new games all offered on the same deal, and it fully funded in about 36 hours.
He only did an 18 day kickstarter, so it won’t be there for long!
My only hesitancy on the Settlers board is I haven’t done the research to see if it is fully compatible with 3rd edition. I know tile sizes were off slightly between 3rd and the current 4th edition.
I’d upgrade to 4th edition but figured as soon as I did it would go to 5th edition…. 🙁
Consider the Settler’s board backed!! Too awesome (and about time!)
I have my eye on Salmon Run. I enjoy race games and this is a deck-builder to boot.
