Going to try Lords of War in readiness for a review.
I just played Pass the Pigs and Dominoes at the company picnic! Later this weekend it will be Star Fluxx and Ham Sumo Slam. Gonna be a good weekend.
Something portable for camping, which probably means cribbage. Though the family will play Carcassonne iOS while Gamer Bling drives.
Going to three separate game days this weekend. Who knows what might happen? There are a few people that I want to show Hanabi to. There is always Sentinels. Probably lots more.
I have been obsessing over Heroes of Metro City almost to the exclusion of everything else since I received it earlier this month as part of the expansion’s Kickstarter rewards. I never expected it to be this good.
I’m also looking forward to playing Alien Frontiers and Rampage. If I have some spare time, I would like to make some progress on the Super Dungeon Explore painting that’s never getting done.
I plan to get in a few more games this weekend due to the holiday. We’ll probably keep it simpler with the family, so it will probably end up being Ticket to Ride, Scotland Yard, Smash Up, FlashPoint, Farmageddon, Dead Panic, What the Food?, Takenoko, and Treasures and Traps. I’ll probably be lucky to get half of those to the table, but a guy can dream, right?
My prediction is: Dominion with our 3rd expansion (4 boxes now), Blueprint, New World: Carcassonne, and Paperback.
It would be nice to find Marvel Dice Masters restocked at a store – but I doubt that will happen. X-hawk – I would love to get in on that Lords of Waterdeep. I have been hearing more descriptions of it and I think it would be right up my family’s alley.
We should have some time to play games this weekend and I quite fancy playing Rune Age again (with expansion). I think we might try to reach Space Pirate Amazon Ninja Catgirl (S.P.A.N.C.) as well.
We’re having an extra long game day this weekend, so we should get quite a few games in…Madeira, Francis Drake, Splendor, Concept, The Great Heartland Hauling Company, Ancient Terrible Things, Fleet, Pixel Tactics, Bang:Dice, and others. I’m hoping to get some longer strategy games in. I know we’ll be playing Tzolk’in and Manilla per request. It should be a very good gaming weekend.

Having friends over tonight for Lords of Waterdeep with Scoudrel of Skullport expanssion (6 players). Guess we will play it twice and if we have time I’ll introduce King of Tokyo. Tried King of Tokyo for the first time yesterday with my 6-year-old and he loved it – so we’ll definitely play that more this weekend. And I haven’t had the chance to test Marvel Dice Masters yet. I’ll try to find time for that as well.
