It’s a family game weekend here: Stone Age, Flash Point, Puerto Rico, one of the Catans, Wits and Wagers, 10 Days in ______, and any other Euros we have time for.
My wife gave me The Ladies of Troyes for my birthday, and I’d love to get that on the table this weekend. Also, maybe a game of Ora et Labora, but that might be pushing it.
Leading the list for this weekend: Nieuw Amsterdam and Pax Porfiriana. (I’d’ve loved to try 2038, but I don’t think I’ve got a large enough time slot.)
Yet, in the end, I played Copycat; Il Vecchio, and a pre-release copy of Continental Divide. The first two were amusing – but the latter one was truly excellent. I’ll look forward to its release later this summer (and will be certain to buy a copy.)
This weekend will include another round of Spartacus: A Game of Blood & Treachery, Domaine, and we’re learning to play World of Warcraft (the card game) so I can begin demo-ing it at my FLGS.
This week was all about card games. First playthrough of Sentinels of the Multiverse followed by a few core-only games of Android: Netrunner. Next week I’m expecting more of the same.
Looks like a lighter weekend for gaming, likely only 2 player games with my wife. Likely a game of Power Grid, Last Night on Earth or Invasion from Outer Space, Garden Dice, and Star Trek Catan.
Busy weekend, but the Mrs. and I are going to brave the weather and head over to the local shop. Never know what is going to be on the docket, but I would expect it to be a bit lighter than usual since the wife will be with me.
Already started with Dominion, and since we have been playing Takenoko nearly daily lately with my wife, a bit of that as well. I hope to make her try something new though, like LOTR LCG (little hopes though) or Mice And Mystics.
My wife is away and the grandparents are watching the baby, so it’s games at mine this weekend.
The plan is to play some Battlestar Galactica and a game or three of Sentinels of the Multiverse, possibly with a bit of Race for the Galaxy thrown in for good measure.
MASSIVE Sentinels of the Multiverse, revenge of Baron Blade! We will have 8 heroes vs.Baron Blade + Omnitron (as his evil construct).
We will also be testing out the Infernal Relics heroes. And if it all finishes w/in 3 hours of play, we might do another double villain game involving Ambuscade!
Going to a Heroscape tournament in Maryland tomorrow, so I should get in at least five games of Heroscape! This will be followed by open gaming, so I plan on at least a game of Descent or City of Remnants, or whatever else gets played.

Happy Gaming Weekend Everybody! ~ Granny

No games scheduled for the weekend so they will be left for the Monday Night meet-up.

Call of Cthulhu, so roleplaying this weekend, rather than board gaming, which will be next weekend.
Looks like we’ll be getting in Summoner Wars and Pathfinder for sure, and City of Remnants looks likely as well. Should be a fun gaming weekend.
