Busy week game wise. For the week ending on the 23rd-Monster Fluxx; Avis; Lanterns; Sqaremino; Rummy; CRAZY 8s; Azul-stained Glass of Sentra; Splendor with Orient exp.; 99; Splendor; Azul; Machi Koro-Bright Lights.
Friday night we played Peloponnes with the Heroes and Colonies expansion, Roll for the Galaxy with both expansions and Flash Point: Fire Rescue using the Second Story expansion (2x). The fam & I spent the rest of the weekend in the sun on a beach.
Played Fortune and Glory: the Cliffhanger Game twice on Sunday night. 1st game – lost to the Crimson Hand in a close game. 2nd game – lost to the N.a.z.i.s. horribly, not a close game at all.
Went to a friends house and played Dark Tales. A card game inspired by classic fairy tales, retold in a dark style.
We also got to play one of our Gen Con purchases, Until Daylight. It’s a coop zombie survival game. All characters have to survive 10 rounds of an oncoming horde, while rescuing at least on survivor. A little frustrating at first, because it’s not one of the best written rule books. Once we got it down though it was a lot of fun.
We played one game of Warsaw: City of Ruins. An interesting tile laying game that was new to all 4 of us. Lots of strategic decisions that will take a few plays to get used to.
Not sure yet, might teach all the new roll and writes to my gf like Patchwork Doodle, Deadly Doodle, and Dizzle. If there’s time I wouldn’t object to another play of Scorpius Freighter, Nations the Dice Game, Dice Forge, or Dice City either
