This Week’s Explorable Games
This round of Explorable Favorites is from BoardGaming.com member mrfritzjr. The games selected from their Favorites shelf were:
- Tsuro of the Seas
Calliope Games | Published: 2012 - Munchkin
Steve Jackson Games | Published: 2001
These games will be explorable until next Monday, November 30th
@Reader Geek – I’m not sure I understand. This article (and the two explorables associated with it) was published on November 30th, and the games will be explorable until December 7th. Our weekly email goes out on Friday (today), giving you 3 more days until these explorables are shut off.
Our explorables are also highly predictable – new set every Monday, which runs through the following Monday.
Just a question here, but if we don’t get the email until after the explorable games are over with then what’s the point of mentioning them in the email?
Last week nabbed me the long sought El Dorado Un-Badge
This week’s untapped Munchkin mine put me over 65% as a Grand Master Grader.
Today is a good day to Hai
Tsuro of the Seas looks cool. I’ll have to give that one a try.
Munchkin just isn’t the right fit for my gaming group.
I have have seen Tsuro played at gaming days on other tables and have never joined into that table, wasn’t in the mood to learn a new game those days I guess.
I have always liked 90% of Munchkin game play or 50% of Munchkin game time, whichever is faster, as that last level can take the same amount of time as the first nine levels at times, doesn’t come out as much as it used to for sure.
Honored to be selected! Both are classics and are some of my favorite “gateway” games for friends not big into games.
Love Tsuro of the Seas, so simple but so fun! You can also play Tsuro of the Seas like the original Tsuro, just remove the daikaiju, it’s like two games in one!
Tsuro of the seas looks very good and had never heard of it before, Thanks.
Congrats mrfritzjr on having this week’s explorable faves. I have not played either of these, but Tsuro and Tsuro of the Seas are great looking games.
