Any chance of anyone adding another review to either of these titles? I would love to complete the exploration, alas I am one step short of the mark.

@X-hawk Fear not – the only Kickyourself Exclusive for Xia was a single ship and model and in a recent update from the campaign shedding insight on what is in store for 2015/2016 they stated a second printing was on the horizon. 🙂

Xia looks awesome. I just missed the Kickstarter for it, and mourn it still…

Congrats Big Bear T on having this week’s favorites. I haven’t played either of these, but the sci-fi themed pair look great. When I saw Xia: Legend of a Drift System, I thought I had read Lords of Xidit: The Legend of Drizzt. Then, I realized I had mistakenly combined two entirely unrelated games.

And thanks Hai for the “stellar” and clever big bear reference.

Never heard of Xia before, but have to say I am interested. I love games that you can really dive into and this looks like just that type.

Welcome Mister Ursus Major T to this week’s Sacred Spotlight Shelf and congrats. If you happen to stop by – feel free to pull up a Meta Game and enlighten why these Cardboard Constellations dot your night sky.

I’m partial to Phantom League if I want to get a little stardust in my sand box, but Kickstarter freshman effort golden child Xia has quite a bit going for it. Mostly the spaceship catalog you can helm. The minis are ‘oooookay’ but on cardage there’s some nice variety to choose from as you go Dark Star roguing. Spiral Arm Gran Turismo (and I am going out on a limb with that mixed bag reference because I don’t quite understand why males herd around our couch on occasion for that.)

I’m not one for a Fake-A-Play when it comes to Explorable nabbing even with all this talk of El Dorado on the wind but I have flipped through some of The Boy’s FFG Empire core books in bed so I’m counting that as a play. 😛

Congratulations Big Bear T! I’ve just recently added Xia to my wishlist. I’m looking forward to exploring it further.
