Star Wars: The Queen’s Gambit, in my opinion only a means of ripping money from the fans.

I remember seeing Queen’s Gambit in a Kaybee Toys in high school – a couple of them actually and they were clearanced for like $15-20 bucks

Now I wish I had a time machine

Congrats Schaef! The mechanics for Queen’s Gambit are similar to Battle Cry, Memoir ’44 & Battle Lore, but the 3-D aspect adds a nice twist to the mechanics. I’ve seen Ground Floor kicking around for sometime but for some unknown reason never looked into it. Seems like a good game.

I like the three-level board in The Queen’s Gambit; It’s a neat idea.

Congrats The Schaef! I had the privilege of playing Star Wars: The Queen’s Gambit twice in one night, it was an experience I loved, and would gladly spend money to do it again. $500, not so much 🙂

I’ve scratched me Queen’s Gambit itch with Star Wars: Risk, which has a similar feel, but it’s missing the three levels of awesomeness of the Theed Palace.
