Happy Holidays fellow gamers!
Today is the last day of school for our kiddos, so we’re looking forward to some great family game time. A few weeks ago some friends introduced us to Dutch Blitz, and we had a blast, so we’ve already got our own copy to play over the holidays.
Target has a surprisingly great selection of games, and we noticed an exclusive collection of family games by Chuckle and Roar. We got a few games like Family Charades, Hot Potato, and a classic card game set, and we can’t wait to try them out.
Any new games hitting your tables this holiday season?

We did manage to finish the campaign in Gloomhaven over the Holidays. Sort of looking forward to start playing something else finally, even though it is a great game.
I received Root for Christmas, though it’ll probably be a little while before I get to play it. Clans of Caledonia and Formula D are my priority for getting onto the table first.
First I will add that I got an extra surprise yesterday(Sunday). When I stepped out yesterday on my front porch was a copy of a game I had about given up on and it was suddenly there. So I got Wacky Races. Added to my Kickstarters my wife gave me I had a great Christmas. As for the KS projects- I got Kung Fu Panda; Bag of Spiders; Trogdor; Papillon; Runes and Regulations; Plunderbund and War of Whispers. The Bag of Spiders was totally unexpected as it was 5 months early.
Trying desperately to finish some 10×10 lists over at BGG, I played Cardline: Dinosaurs (twice), Finca, and Downfall of Pompeii (twice)
I am hoping to get Duelosaur Island, Tiny Towns, and maybe and Point Salad.
I will be getting(depending on last minute postal deliveries) 5-6 Kickstarters for Christmas from my wife. I will post what they are after Christmas.
