King’s Forge has added a game board, comes with the full expansion, is $900 away from another card and three clear dice being added, and is $10 under MRSP. 5 hrs left get it while you can.
King’s Forge is in the last 36 hours and only needs 8 more backers to hit the last stretch goal. This game has been fully upgraded now and if worth a look.
We just missed this! Our Kickstarter campaign went live on 27 August! So, here is a shameless plug for our new, family friendly dice game Sheepie Sleepy. With simple rules, cheerful characters/game board and customised dice it’s fun for all ages. Please visit our page at http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1657220662/sheepie-sleepy to see videos, artwork, etc. and read more about it. Any help people can give is much appreciated – thank ewe!
SMERSH for me
Just realized all but three of these are already successfully funded.
While I am always leery of Mayday and anything Seth does, they have a new president that just came on recently. He has been an online friend of mine for many years so I hope to start seeing some changes with Mayday.
In for Smersh, Fleet and maybe Gunship expansions.
I’m in for The Agents, Fleet expansion, and King’s Forge.
Already have Toc Toc Woodman otherwise I’d jump on that good deal. Since they are shipping next month, I can’t imagine having similar problems with Mayday that others mentioned here. They clearly have this already produced, just selling it via KS (which is still questionable, but not unlike so many others).
I just found out about Them’s Fightin’ Words (http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/75games/thems-fightin-words), which looks like a lot of fun and a good deal if you’re in the UK, so hopefully they’ll get to their target.
Salt & Burn looks awesome! Has a bit of a ‘Supernatural’ feel to it, wish I had the cash to pledge 🙁
I got in on Clack Clack Lumberjack. I had been looking at getting a copy of Tok Tok Woodman anyway, so a less expensive version sounds like a good plan!
Kings Forge has 91 customized dice… worth the investment.
I see lots of interesting games in this bunch! Where to invest???
I threw my money behind Chaos and Alchemy — the concept more than anything drew me in, and it looks like it could be fun to play. March 2014 delivery means plenty of time to master all the new games from GenCon. Also keeping an eye on King’s Forge.
Already in on “The Agents” They just made the 222K goal open to all – even though they haven’t reached that level yet. Nice. – “King’s Forge” and “Chaos and Alchemy” look fun…
@Wind Lane: Yeah I’m wary of anything from Mayday anymore. I backed their reprint of Bootleggers last year, and that has been horribly managed. It takes consistent complaining from backers to get Seth to even post updates. And they didn’t even start working on the project until about three months ago, even though it had an estimated delivery date of December 2012!
I know that Click! Clack! Lumberjack! is a decent looking remake of a neat little dexterity game, but I wouldn’t trust anything that Seth Hiatt/MayDay Games is involved in. That guy has WAAAAAAAAAY too many skeezy, dirty, underhanded dealings in his past and present to give him any more chances.
Just Fleet and The Agents for me. Also in on Clashing Blades by Lester Smith (creator of Dragon Dice). It’s a simple two-player fencing game using a deck of playing cards as the basis of the game.
Nothing caught my eye this time. 🙁
