Wow, the year feels like it has gone by so fast! For many it’s a busy time of year, but hopefully you have time to gather your family and friends for some great games. This weekend we’re hoping to try out some Cryptid, and even though Halloween is long past, we’ll be playing some Horrified as well.
What are you playing this weekend?
Played Dungeon Lords & Big City on Friday.
Finally got Arkham Horror w/expansions (2x) back to the table on Saturday.
I played more dice games… Qwinto, That’s So Clever, Twice as Clever, and The Castles of Burgundy: The Dice Game all saw playing time this weekend.
@Jim: Cryptid is fun! I really enjoy that, but have to find more people to get into it.
@Elida: I’ve gotten my work team to play Telestrations twice and everyone loves it. It’s hilarious with huge groups.
I resold Dragon Keepers before playing it: Is it good, then?
I played Trickerion — twice! My group were troopers for getting as far as they did, and happily, despite the long teach and longer, unfinished game, they still liked it and would play it again!
Had a Christmas party with some friends of mine, and we played Las Vegas and Telestrations.
Also been a solo weekend, with Raging Bulls, Solenia, The Downfall of Pompeii and Dragon Keepers
We played a 4-player game of Agricola: Family Edition. Boardgaming.com doesn’t think it exists, but I know that Family Edition is far more likely to get onto the table than standard Agricola.
