This Week’s Explorable Games
This round of Explorable Favorites is from BoardGaming.com member Jan Bjorndalen. The games selected from their Favorites shelf were:
- Call of Cthulhu LCG: Core Set
Fantasy Flight Games | Published: 2009 - Coup
Indie Boards and Cards | Published: 2013
These games will be explorable until next Monday, August 3rd
Two of my favorites in different categories.
Always enjoyed Call of Cthulhu. Although haven’t got it to the table in some time. Very good game.
Coup – take it or leave it game for me.
I kinda hate that Coup says it supports two. It really doesn’t. The expansion allows up to 10 to play. The game really sings when you have 4 or more.
Congrats to you Jan Bjorndalen on having this week’s faves. Coup didn’t work for my “gaming group” of two people. I do like the Lovecraft Cthulhu theme though, and Call of Cthulhu LCG seems fascinating.
I’ve been looking at Coup for a while now, looks good.
I love Coup! It almost killed Avalon and The Resistance for my game group. Love the expansion and the fact that the game works with different sizes of groups.
