Interesting. I admire the way Smirk & Dagger always takes a simple sponge cake foundation of a basic recognizable mechanic and then layers it with heaps of evil ‘take that’ icing. Bidding, press-your-luck dice rolling, and trail gaming, among a few, and now drafting.

I hope they have worker placement somewhere up their sleeves – that would be rather interesting.
