Cosmic Encounter is a simple game, that is until you add the alien powers at which point it becomes organized chaos. Each player gets an alien power that changes the rule in some way. The fun of this game comes in the countless combinations the alien powers interact with each other. One alien power might seem unstoppable in one game, then the next game another alien power neutralizes the other alien’s advantage.
