I got a copy of “Welcome To…” this weekend, and I got in six plays. It is lots of fun, and I like the simultaneous player action. There is almost zero downtime, and gameplay goes quickly.
I think the only one I know is 1, Key Forge
Saturday was my monthly Epic Game Day. Can you guess the games we played?
1 – “Mars is a tricky house. I do better with Dis or Sanctum. That may change with the next set.”
2 – “No one has enough Mega-credits to raise the temperature, so it looks like we will be playing another generation.”
3 – “With my 9 high straight flush I claim the flag. The blue 10 is already used, so you will not be able to get any higher.”
4 – “If you didn’t knock me out, I would have used Professor Henry Armitage to make you discard your Cthulhu and I would have won the Sanity token. Oh well, deal up the next round.”
5 – “I choose Settle. I pay 2 credits and use my remaining colonist to to flip this windfall world over and gain a Rare Minerals block.”
6 – “Are you guys done yet? My solo game did not go that well. The abductor killed off the remaining hostages before I could talk him into surrendering.”
7 – “These cards all have ships or water in them. I think the ghost is trying to tell you it is either the swimming pool or the nautical-looking bathroom.”
