RoboRally
I received Robo Rally as a gift. I was intrigued because it was given to me by some avid gamers but I still had my doubts. After the first play my doubts were gone. This has quickly become one of our standard games on game night. It is a great game that fills the need for a bit of mayhem between the heavier strategic games. If you don’t like a little randomness and being shot in your backside by a laser before having your character sent uncontrollably off in the wrong direction, then don’t try this game. For those that like to have a laugh yet still be challenged, try Robo Rally.
There is obviously some luck involved in the card draws but unlike some games you always feel that you do have a chance to get that luck “under control.” It can at times become very frustrating but at least you’ll be laughing all the way down the bottomless pit you were just pushed into. Very high replay value.
A must have for any group of avid gamers.
