Their new location is very spacious and their prices are reliably lowest in Toronto. A pleasure to visit every time.
The new location is beautiful. A clean store with friendly staff. I always enjoy a quick stop by.
Awesome store with great selection and good prices. Parking can be an issue and they won’t ship games :-(. That being said, if you find yourself downtown Toronto you won’t regret stopping in!

One of the best game stores in Toronto. While their former location at 401 Yonge had its certain charms, the new-ish space is welcoming and well-organized. Helpful staff, usually have games I’m looking for in stock, and prices that can’t be beat. They now ship for a decent rate.
Haven’t been to the physical location yet, but their online ordering is superb. All packages are well padded to prevent damage. The speed of delivery is nice and quick as well. A game ordered on Sunday morning, is shipped that day and delivered by Wednesday.

They’ve always had what I’ve been looking for and, dangerously, a lot I wasn’t! Those times they don’t, they’re sure to let you know when something’ll be back in stock. A+ customer service to boot! I’ve never had a disappointing trip to 401.

Competitive prices, wide selection. Sometimes a little too busy.
Dangerously close to my home, with often the best prices in Canada, plus a lounge upstairs to try before you buy: what’s not to love about this place. They’ve got the widest selection of games I’ve seen in a brick and mortar location — but, Black Friday is brutal. Everything disappears off the shelves as you stand there contemplating.
Still, super happy to have this as my neighbourhood game store.
