Ticket to Ride
Played it for the first time with the wife. She loved it as well. Very quick to learn, simple mechanics. Yet you can build up complex strategies. We will be playing this often!!
Getting Started
We really liked how quick and easy it was for us to get setup and playing the game. Took just a few minutes to setup the board. The directions were very clear and easy to follow.
The quality of the components decent
The cards are small, we would have preferred regular poker size cards. It makes it a bit difficult to shuffle the train cards. The pawns are wooden and simple. The trains are hallow plastic.
Play
The game play moves quickly. You are only allowed to do 1 thing on your turn and we really like that.
Final Thoughts
This has quickly become one of our favorite games. The will get lots of play and we can’t wait to invite friends over to join in.
