The Settlers of Catan
I have seen negative reviews on Amazon for Settlers because it is too difficult, and the reviewer tries to explain that they have an advanced degree so the game is just really hard. I counter their claims because my 4 year old niece can play it, and she wins, frequently. This game is as complicated or as simple as you want to make it. It is all based on whatever strategy you want to use. I especially like this game because everyone plays until there is a winner; you don’t get bumped from the game because the dice aren’t rolling your way (like in Monopoly or Risk).
