Alhambra: Vizier's Favor
The Vizier’s Favour, by allowing you to invest in the ability to jump out of turn order at some point in the future, significantly reduces the amount of randomness in the game, especially with more players. The other included expansions are okay (the bonus huts, the currency exhange), but the title expansion is really the good one.
