Thunderstone
Thunderstone is great fun not only playing with friends, but alone. There are some online rules you can easily find at the Thunderstone website. I have played about 50 solo games on the Nightmare level, and have only won about 5. It is tough, but incredibly satisfying to win at this level. Try it out, you really should!
