Your primary objective as NBN will be to sneak through the cheap and easy agendas, setting up tags the whole while. Breaking News is your cheapest and will get you a few points relatively quickly. Once you’ve hit a few tags (in this case, about, maybe, exactly 5), you use Psychographics and take a high cost agenda, say, Priority Requisition, and advance it to scored in one turn.
