Qwirkle
With such a simple concept as this: make a line of either colors or shapes, and no repeats, Qwirkle is a very simple and streamlined game. It only takes about 3 or 4 placements that you immediately see the strategy and challenge of a great game. The scores are tight and the draws can be difficult but this is what makes the game both fun and almost infinitely replayable. Qwirkle is an absolute classic and a game that I will have for an incredibly long time.
