Dominion
Coming from heavy Magic the Gathering background among other deck building games Dominion’s mechanics captured my attention.
I appreciate the mechanics and the fresh deck building idea using a common pool to all players but…the theme and the art.
I found it so tasteless. To turned out to be only math.
If you are undecided have e look at Thunderstone too, released after Dominion following the new deck building trend but features a Dungeon crawling theme. Much better for me.
