Betrayal at House on the Hill may look like just another Haunted House game, but when you take a closer look it shows itself to be a whole lot more than that.

With 50 different scenarios (and an additional 20 fan made ones) available , 10 playable characters each with their own strengths and weaknesses, and a myriad of Events, Items, and especially Omens, this game gets more play than any other in our collection.

The house is built randomly while you are exploring it, and the Scenario is chosen halfway through based on the rooms and items you have found. We have played about 20 different scenarios so far, and its always a great time.

Do yourself a favour and beg/borrow/buy this game. If you aren’t convinced yet, go to your favorite local game shop, and ask them if they have a copy you can demo.

Trust me, it’s worth a try.

And if you’re in the Charred Room, and you happen to see a boy named Jonah, say ‘Hi’, but don’t ask to play with his toys.
