Out of the Box openened in 2009 as a game and puzzle store in Zeeland, Michigan. Our selection quickly grew to one of the largest in Michigan, and by the end of our first year it was apparent we needed a much larger space, and added a unique toy selection. As of June, 2013, we expanded into a larger location – again! Now with 3200 square feet of retail space and 2400 square feet of gaming space, we offer something for all ages.
We now offer thousands of unique items for all budgets, and look forward to serving West Michigan in the coming years!

This place is amazing! I love walking through the store, checking out all of the racks of games, and usually adding another one to my to-try list. They also have two massive rooms for game nights, a great to-play library, cheap (5$) game rental, and they even rent out their space for a crazy-cheap rate ($15/hour)! So lucky to have Out of the Box in the neighborhood.
Out of the Box is great – in addition to the huge game selection (and equally impressive game library – the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with only a vague notion of what kind of game I was looking for, and they were able to help me narrow my search down to a few great options based on my interests, the player profile, desired length of game & difficulty to learn, etc. I can’t wait to go back!
